Lavender sleep spray 100ml
This is a beautiful-smelling lavender pillow spray, which can help induce a calm mental state and aid sleep. It contains a herbal infusion made with the flowers of German chamomile and lavender from my allotment and garden, along with linden flowers, all of which are traditionally used to relax and calm the mind. It also contains lavender essential oil.
I make my products using natural ingredients only, where I can, but because this contains water it also contains a preservative, just a tiny amount of a COSMOS and ECOCERT one, dehydroacetic acid & benzyl alcohol.
All of my products are made in small batches with love and much thought after lots of reading and, with this, much experimenting and testing. I only sell products that work for me and my family.
I have a busy job and can find it hard to fall asleep. I also struggle to get back to sleep after that 4am trip to the loo! Lavender has an amazing effect on my son and myself. We both fall asleep quickly when we use this and, when I wake up during the night, I usually fall back to sleep again almost immediately. Why did I not know about sleep sprays before now?! I spray two or three bursts onto my pillow when I get into bed.
